2017 PRESIDENT'S UPDATE
The start of Season 2017 saw us welcome a new Committee including the following members, myself as President, Simon Nappa (Secretary), Gary Purdie (Treasurerr), Brad Murley (Football Director), Shannon Vansoest (U6-10 Football Manager), Lisa Eggenhuizen (Registrar), Cazz Allen (Asst Registrar), Pete Smith (Merchandise Manager), Craig Downes (Equipment Manager). BBQ will be managed by Jason Eggenhuizen and Paul Novak and Chris Lloyd (Best and Fairest Votes).
Whilst Tanya Jones will kindly help us out with Fundraising again for us this year we are looking for anyone to step in here as well as someone to help Brad and Shannon with 11-16s Football Manager role. Please contact me if you are interested in helping out in either of these roles.
One of the exciting changes this year will see the introduction of some girls football teams. If you are interested get in touch with Brad Murley and - see our web page under 'Join the Pack/Girls Junior Footy' for more info on this and our 'Come and Try' day on Tues 14 February.
Thankyou to all our Committee members in doing such an exceptional job. The success of the Tea Tree Gully District Football Club is not defined by games won or lost or how much money it makes. The commitment and involvement of all our volunteer Coaches, Team Managers,Committee and Parents and the enjoyment and smiles of the Players, Parents and Supporters who continually surround it, is what truly defines us as a successful club.
